These wonderful women are at the forefront of the travel industry and are leading forces and voices in the world of travel.

Liz Biden

Liz Biden has had an eclectic career. In 1997 she turned her hands to luxury travel, building the impressive The Royal Portfolio of hotels which include Royal Malewane in the Greater Kruger National Park, La Residence in Franschhoek and Birkenhead House in Hermanus. Her latest project The Silo Hotel Cape Town has caused worldwide waves.



Christopher E. Stafford

Christopher E. Stafford, has more than 34 years’ experience in hospitality, travel and event management, Swedish national / world traveller Chris Stafford is what you call ‘a seasoned industry professional. Now Stafford is COO of the newly launched 137 Pillars Hotels & Resorts. 



Frank Marrenbach

The innovative and inspirational Frank Marrenbach became CEO of the Oetker Collection in 2008.  The Oetker  Collection has a portfolio of legendary hotels including the recently acquired and renovated The Lanesborough London. Over the next decade Marrenbach  will supervise the Oetker Collection's acquisition of additional masterpiece hotels. 



Filip Boyen

Small Luxury Hotels of the World’s new catch phrase – 'independently minded' - suits the organisations new CEO down to the ground.  Filip Boyen cis bringing a fresh approach for the company’s 25th anniversary year. We caught up with him at ILTM in Cannes.


  Anchalika Kijkanakorn
